Issues with the pool continue...

This weekend, it was noticed that the pool lock was not working. This could lead to liability issues and/or health code violations. After reporting this to management for repair, I was informed of the following....

...if the abuse of the pool continues we might have to close the pool. Management feels that the residents have no respect for the property or other residents. Residents are abusing the gate, bringing pets and glass bottles into the pool area. There have even been pets in the pool. Reports of late night parties have been made.

Everyone needs to do their part to make sure Georgetown continues to be a great place to live.

Again, this year, there is an issue with homeowners jumping the pool fence and using the pool. Last weekend there multiple people in the pool area illegally. If the Nashville City Health Department arrives and see people in the pool area the association will not only be able to open the pool for the Memorial Day Weekend but face heavy fines.
We have completed the pre season pool inspection and have several items that must be addressed before the final pool opening inspection
